In the case of an emergency or disaster, please attempt to contact us via phone. If we are unreachable, you may take your prescription bottle or packaging to any pharmacy and request an emergency supply. We maintain emergency operations between our different physical locations. You may also reach the on call pharmacist for our Long-Term Care Division by calling that pharmacy.

Please contact us if you believe that one of your medications may have been subject of a recall. In the event of patient-level recalls, our staff will contact you proactively.
Many pharmacies, including ours, provide anonymous medication disposal boxes. Feel free to bring your unused medications to the pharmacy for disposal.
