We meet with the resident initially and on a quarterly basis to review goals for their residency and for their career. We will try to align staffing, clinical, and project experiences with their area of interest (compounding, ambulatory, long-term care, etc.). To the best of our ability we will take steps to help ensure the residency aligns with their goals

We do not offer inpatient experiences, so for a resident hoping for those options, we will not be able to accommodate.
