We are closed to the general public. However, we are open for employees of our member employer groups: M-F 9:00am-4:30pm. In lieu of mailing, you are welcome to drop by, say hi to our staff and pick up your order.
Unfortunately, state law prevents us from allowing returns. To help decrease the chance of errors, we find it best to let us know if any changes occur with your current address or personal information, or changes in your prescription.

In most cases for refills you can see your order as soon as 48 hours after placing it. We ask that you allow us 10-14 days to ensure that you have enough medication in case any issues may arise with insurance billing, refills, etc.
No, you should either have your own PBM currently, or we are happy to connect you with one of our partners. They are great at what they do, and we would not bring someone to the table unless we trusted them with our reputation.
