Clinical Pharmacy Leadership Team

As you can imagine, within the field of Pharmacy, there is a wide range of Pharmacists and Pharmacists duties – and within Kelley-Ross Pharmacy Group, we have some of the very best people housed in our Clinical Services Group. These experts oversee our One-Step PrEP® Clinic, and our Concierge Travel Clinic for business travelers.

We are excited to introduce you to our Clinical Services Team…

Elyse L. Tung, PharmD, BCACP, Director of Clinical Services at the Kelley-Ross Pharmacy at the Polyclinic 

Dr. Tung is the Director of Clinical Services at the Kelley-Ross Pharmacy at the Polyclinic and Concierge Travel Clinic (part of the Kelley-Ross Pharmacy Group). With her own personal interest and experience in global travel, Elyse has developed a high level of customer care for many major Puget Sound organizations who utilize the Kelley-Ross Travel services for their business travelers. For over four years she has been on the course planning committee for the UWMC Travel Medicine & Global Health Conference. Elyse is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy.

Prior to working at Kelley-Ross Pharmacy Group, she completed her pharmacy practice residency at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, and has worked at Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue.

Stephanie Decker, PharmD / Clinical Pharmacist 

Dr. Decker has been a clinical pharmacist with Kelley-Ross Pharmacy Group since 2011; long time patients may remember her from her travel clinic days back then. After working on the managerial side of the company, she has returned to her passion for clinical work. In addition to her travel clinic experience, Stephanie has worked in a variety of settings including compounding, long-term care, clinical consulting and retail, and brings fifteen years of immunization experience to the team.

She is a Clinical Affiliate Faculty Member of the University of Washington School of Pharmacy and serves on the Admissions Committee for the UW Doctor of Pharmacy program. Stephanie loves traveling, particularly mountaineering, and truly enjoys helping clients prepare for their trips. Above all, she loves providing high quality patient care to help business clients travel safely and confidently.

Annalisa Z. Thomas, PharmD / Clinical Pharmacist 

Dr. Thomas is an exemplary pharmacist and a key member of the travel clinic team. She officially joined Kelley-Ross Pharmacy group in 2014. Prior to that, she was the Kelley-Ross community pharmacy practice resident. After completing her PGY-1 residency, Annalisa trained in a variety of practice settings, including the Kelley-Ross PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy, the Kelley-Ross clinical Pharmacy Institute where she provided in-home medication coaching.

Annalisa also implemented our community pharmacy-based HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) clinic. She is now an integral member of the Clinical Services and Travel team.

Troy Hart, Clinical Services Coordinator

Troy rounds out our Clinical Services and Travel team, providing immediate and rapid response to patient questions, scheduling and coordination needs. Troy has been in the health care field as a patient service representative for over seven years working for San Francisco’s ‘One Medical’ and the University of Washington Medical Center. Since joining Kelley-Ross in 2016, Troy has managed billing and administrative needs for our clinic.

He is a natural born client services leader, responding to patient needs and is an essential part of the support system that makes the entire team run like clockwork.

Kelley-Ross is an independently owned corporation operating 4 pharmacies in Seattle. Kelley-Ross provides a wide range of pharmacy services, including prescription dispensing, compounding, medi-set packaging, compliance packaging, long-term care facility services, consultant pharmacist services, immunizations and a variety of health screenings.

We provide Clinical Community Care. This means that our staff combines expert medication therapy management and clinical skills, with caring, patient centered pharmacy services. By using the triad approach – patient, provider and pharmacist – we can help patients maximize their healthcare resources while achieving optimal health outcomes.
