In the case of an emergency or disaster, please attempt to contact us via phone. If we are unreachable, you may take your prescription bottle or packaging to any pharmacy and request an emergency supply. We maintain emergency operations between our different physical locations. You may also reach the on call pharmacist for our Long-Term Care Division by calling that pharmacy

We’re sorry you need to transfer a prescription. Please have the pharmacist from the receiving pharmacy contact us via phone to transfer the information.
Some medications are only available via limited distribution at specific pharmacies around the country. Our team members will work directly with you to identify the appropriate source for any products that we are unable to supply.
Please contact us if you believe that one of your medications may have been subject of a recall. In the event of patient-level recalls, our staff will contact you proactively.
Many pharmacies, including ours, provide anonymous medication disposal boxes. Feel free to bring your unused medications to the pharmacy for disposal.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately. If your reaction is not an emergency, please contact us to let us know your symptoms and we also recommend contacting your health care provider that prescribes your medications.
