We take all Medicare D plans and most commercial insurance plans including Medicaid and Managed Medicaid.
Yes – our pharmacists are available for both staff and resident educational sessions around a number of topics. We’re also open to developing specific education for your individual needs.
We understand how important it is to get it right. We use barcode scanning within our pharmacy computer system, a standalone machine to check all medication strips from our PASS automation, and multiple visual checks by our staff at various points throughout the process.

Our regular phone hours are M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm and Sat/Holidays: 8:00am-4:00pm. We also have a pharmacist on-duty 24/7. With the Kelley-Ross team, you are never left in a lurch when it comes to your patient’s health.

In the case of an emergency or disaster, please attempt to contact us via phone and if it is after normal hours please select the option for our on call pharmacist. If we are unreachable, you may take your prescription bottle or packaging to any pharmacy and request an emergency supply. We maintain emergency operations between our different physical locations.

We’re sorry you need to transfer a prescription. Please have the pharmacist from the receiving pharmacy contact us via phone to transfer the information.
Some medications are only available via limited distribution at specific pharmacies around the country. Our team members will work directly with you to identify the appropriate source for any products that we are unable to supply.
Please contact us if you believe that one of your medications may have been subject of a recall. In the event of patient-level recalls, our staff will contact you proactively.
Many pharmacies, including ours, provide anonymous medication disposal boxes. Feel free to bring your unused medications to the pharmacy for disposal.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately. If your reaction is not an emergency, please contact us to let us know your symptoms and we also recommend contacting your health care provider that prescribes your medications.
